Paul Gauguin Cruises will feature special guest Larry Maguire, president and CEO of Napa Valley’s Far Niente Winery, on the Paul Gauguin’s Oct. 6 “Tahiti & the Society Islands” voyage.

With more than 30 years of professional experience in the fine wine industry, Maguire joined the winery in 1983 and, with his partners, grew it from a small, locally known winery to a critically acclaimed producer. Founded in 1885 and restored in 1979, Far Niente winery is consistently recognized as a benchmark producer of Napa Valley Chardonnay and Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

The Gauguin’s seven-night “Tahiti & the Society Islands” voyage cruises roundtrip from Papeete, Tahiti, visiting Raiatea, Taha’a, Bora Bora and Moorea. Cruise fares start at $4,597 per person, based on double occupancy, and include free airfare between Los Angeles and Papeete.
